This is the last week of the school year ! So, it’s time to go on a school trip to the beach, of course. Yesterday, we went to the south of the island, with 3 buses, full of children and some of their relatives.
We firstly stopped to Kalamoti, a medieval village with stone houses. We visited the church and the small museum next to it, and then we walked trough the paved and narrow streets.
Then, we went to Komi, a nice sandy beach, with blue water and a superb landscape. The children enjoyed the sand, played balls game, drove small electric cars, played billiards etc. Some of the families stayed there and went swimming, while the others came back, around 2:30 pm.
