At 17th of November the 2nd primary school of Vrontados celebrated the so called “Polytechnion”. This day symbolizes the Greek freedom of dictatorship and the way towards democracy.
With much thought the children of the 5th class prepared an informative presentation about the historical background of that important Greek day.
Besides the lovely presentation the children also had many poems and songs about the happenings of that day in their repertoire, underlined with accordion, mandolin and guitar.
It was nice to see that every child of the 5th class gave much energy and passion so everybody was an active part of this celebration. You could see that the present parents, teachers and the rest of the students liked it and enjoyed the shown presentation, poems and songs very much.
