Wednesday, 17th of February 2016, we presented in the 2nd Primary school of Vrontados a topic relevant to the environment and the main problems regarding the wellness for the earth: “The ozone depletion”.
We did this lesson with the 3rd and 4th class.
We explained the presentation following the slides, in the while the teacher was translating in greek to all the children.
Some children were really interested, doing statements and asking lot of questions.
In the end of the presentation we explained why is important to stop polluting the air: “Because we can’t produce new ozone, at least we could but we a huge quantity of energy we do not have.”.
After this beautiful lesson the children wanted to draw something special to recognize what is right and what is wrong in the normal actions we usually do.
