2nd School of Vrontados Baking Troufakia

Christmas is just over, but fortunately there is always time for some delicious sweets. So the 1st class of the 2nd primary school of Vrontados baked some traditional Greek Troufakia.

Therefore we melted some chocolate and mixed it with cream. Then the children enjoyed crumbling one and a half packages of cookies in the mixer. After adding a little bit of Kognac for the taste, we mixed everything together and had as result a brown paste.

Now it was the student’s turn to roll tiny chocolate balls out of the past and roll them in some colorful decoration. After putting them into the freezer for about 40 minutes our tasty Troufakia were ready to be eaten. What a quick but yummy Greek desert!
