On the 13th November 2018 the 3rd and 4th class of the 3rd primary school of Vrontados had an excursion to the Center for Environmental Education Chios (Κπε Χιου – Κέντρο Περιβαλλοντικής Εκπαίδευσης).
On the 31st of October 2018 people with special needs visited the 3rd primary school of Vrontados. The day’s program was divided into two parts, in order to adapt the activities to the children’s needs.
On the 11th of November, Chios celebrates its liberation from the Ottoman Empire in 1912. As the 11th is a Sunday this year, our schools celebrated already on Friday the 9th of November.

On the 5th of October 2018 the 1st, 2nd and 3rd primary schools of Vrontados had an excursion, where the students spent the day outside.
Last sunday, we combined exploring Chios Island and getting water by making an excursion to a spring in the north of the island.
Chios Island is well known for one thing: the mastic. But did you know that it actually can only be produced in the south of our Island? This and many other things can be discovered in the Mastic Museum near the village Pyrgi.
