Today we went with the school on an excursion to the beach of Pantoukios. This beach is not very far from Vrontados, and as soon as the bus stopped there the children jumped out and ran towards the shore to start the competition of who finds the most beautiful sea shell. But the activities of the day were many more: the collection of starfishes and urchins, playing football, picnics on the shore and throwing rocks far away in the sea.
Everyone enjoyed the sun and many children bought some snacks in the cafe close to the beach. We can surely declare that the favorite ice cream flavor of this summer is chewing gum!
