In the beginning of march we were invited to help the 2nd class with the preparation for welcoming the spring.
We created bracelets, that protect them against the sun of march with them and also assisted them in finishing their traditional spring decoration by tying the paperbirds on a wooden stick.
Then the children learnt a song which talked about saying goodbye to february and welcoming march and the spring. Afterwards we accompanied the children to the other classes where they presented their song and birds.
As the spring is suppossed to bring sweetness and as a treat for having done such a good job their teacher gave out some candy.
After the break we all helped together to make a clown for the multiplication balloons that we made for them some weeks before. The kids participated very actively and we were all happy to see the nice outcome.
