On the 15th of October 2011, the workshop’s lesson was about optimists. These are little sailing boats, in which children can learn and practice how to sail.<\/p>\n

A trainer of one sailing school was teaching them all the information about the optimists and sailing in general. The children were also shown photos and videos about sailing races of the little optimists.<\/p>\n

The highlight of this day’s lesson was the children had the opportunity to see an optimist boat. They were shown how to prepare the boat before launching it into the water. Moreover some of the children had the chance to sit in the boat and to experience how to feel like optimist sailor.<\/p>\n
