If the weather and the team are good we sometimes go sailing with the whole group.
During our last trip we noticed that the motor of the boat was making strange sounds and therefore decided to check if everything is okay. After we had realized that the propeller was broken it became clear that we would have to take the boat out of the water to fix it.
A friendly fisherman offered us his help. We connected our boats with a rope and he drove us to the shipyard. At the shipyard the boat was pulled out of the water with a special trailer. We took this chance to not only replace the propeller but also to clean the boat from underneath.
As soon as everything was fixed we put the boat back into the water and tested the motor with the new propeller. Finally we drove the boat back to the marina.
We are very happy that we could repair the broken propeller so quickly and are all looking forward to going sailing again soon!
