On a cold Tuesday we went with the first and the fourth class to an excursion. In the morning we visited\u00a0the sewage-works\u00a0with the children. It was immediate at the sea and it smelled a little bit bad. For the children it was very funny and also interesting, because the workers told them much about their work.<\/p>\n

Everyone got an paper to see the different steps of purification of effluents, shown with funny pictures.<\/p>\n

After this visit we went to an\u00a0olive oil factory, where we were informed about the way of producing olive oil.<\/p>\n

In groups the pupils have seen the different steps of the process from the small olives until the finished oil.<\/p>\n

The children had the change so visit the olive tree garden and the place, where the compost is recycled.<\/p>\n

This day was interesting for the pupils as well as the teachers.<\/p>\n
